We make

simple

We build complex multi-channel service delivery platforms that are designed to address your goals. They are easy to use and manage. These work across multiple devices and support different user roles and journeys, but are still easily integrated into your existing systems.

Accessing AR & VR is now as easy as tapping a link

The most complex part of AR & VR is getting people to access the experience you've created for them. We've solved that problem and made it simple.

We started research into AR & VR in 2007. We launched buildAR.com, the first web-based AR content creation tool in 2009, which quickly attracted thousands of users from all over the world. We launched streetARtAPP in 2010 and attracted millions of users from hundreds of cities. In 2012 we released the first part of our Augmented Web platform - and now accessing AR & VR is as easy as tapping a link. These solutions are all built upon our flexible, enterprise grade smartMOB platform.

  • buildAR.com : making content creation simple
  • streetARtAPP : making local content simple and accessible
  • awe.org : the most accessible AR & VR platform and works in your web browser

ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM
We've been making assessment simple since 2012.
ASSESSMENT MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

We have made collecting digital evidence for Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) and assessment easy. It's available on multiple devices from anywhere.

In today's world, collecting evidence for assessment or RPL should be as easy as posting on Facebook. We've solved that problem and made it that simple.

Since 2012 we have been working with TAFE NSW, Australia's largest Registered Training Organisation (RTO), to build and manage their multi-device skills assessment platform. This was launched in 2013 by the NSW Minister for Education at Parliament House in NSW. Since then this platform has been used by thousands of teachers, students and employers.

Since winning the "Apps for NSW" award in 2014, we have also been working with NSW Training Services to develop their new Apprentice and Trainee Training Plan Management Platform.

Most recently, we have designed a new assessment platform that takes advantages of the latest generation of our smartMOB platform. We are currently working on a pilot for this new SkillsTracka platform.

CULTURAL AND EDUCATION
We create immersive experiences using cultural data, tracking and the physical environment.
CULTURAL AND EDUCATION

We've worked with cultural institutions in Australia to evolve the way their content is interpreted and consumed.

Using our smartMOB multi-device development platform we've worked with cultural institutions and events to not only bring artefacts to life, but use the data collected from visitors to assist in planning and curating other exhibitions and spaces.

We've worked with Sydney opera House, Biennale of Sydney, National Archives of Australia, Powerhouse Museum, Sculpture by the Sea to name a few across a wide range of projects that enhance the visitor experience whilst making the technology as "invisible" and seamless as possible.

POLICY CALCULATOR
We've made "calculating your government subsidy entitlement" simpler than it is to say.
Policy Calculator

A subsidy program was launched in NSW to support certain sections of the population and certain skills growth goals. This quickly evolved into a complex and rapidly changing policy environment. We turned this into an easy to use calculator.

Turning an abstract policy document into a working "eligibility calculator" is a complex process. We not only made a "calculator" that is accurate and able to be kept updated as the policy changes, we also made it user centered, easy to use and available from almost any device.

This calculator makes it easy for a prospective student to work out what the final fee for their course is. It makes it easy to submit an application and all of the policy validated data is automatically processed too. Behind this process we also included a full multi-state workflow that enabled administrative users to process each application through multiple steps including manual and automatic interactions with external systems. This system supports over a million policy calculations a year and has thousands of active administrative users across a number of roles. It automatically loads an external product catalog on a regular basis and all activity is sandboxed into 10 sub-organisations. This is a very complex system, but the users all say it's simple to use.
